Costia is parasite, and hydrogen peroxide will do little for the fish for it is most effective with bacterial lesion's, sores,etc.
Were it me,, I would raise temp slowly over a couple day's to 84 or 85 degrees F, while adding airstone to help with low dissolved oxygen at these temps.(Is said this parasite does not do well at these temp's)
After a week,,I would slowly lower the temp back to around 78 degree's F and observe the fish..
Or,, you might try Product such as Quik Cure (formalin,malachite green)as per direction's on bottle after removing any carbon in the filtration system.
This product has worked for me and other's, with various parasites and fin rot,fungus,if not too severe.
