Okay I have done a bit of research useing google " Ich treatment and RES" and from what I have seen it is okay to treat for Ich with a turtle in the tank. :) Hope that helps. Best of luck.
I have to say it depends on which ick medication you are using... what kind of fish are you treating for ick? Some of the medications won't be good for the turtle, and not all medications are safe for all fish. Also, with a turtle in the tank, watch water parms, If there is any ammonia or nitrite present, don't medicate. If nitrate is over 60, don't medicate. Poor water quality can cause the medication to have an adverse effect, and could quickly wipe out everything in your tank.
