Hi I currently have a 29 gallon guppy tank set up with roughly 30-35 guppies in it of different sizes and ages. But in the past week, the deaths have been many. Due to fungal growth and infections, I have lost a total of 13 fishes. I am still taking out dead bodies.
When I first noticed the infection, I used Pimafix antifungal fish remedy, which didn't seem to help much. Then I put in some awuarium salt in one of those little jars, which has seemed to slow up the deaths. Can anyone help me to prevent this from happening again or to stop it now?
I have had community tanks for a while and I knew that guppies were prone to disease, but I have never experienced this before. Thanks for any help!
