That baby sev that I posted about seemed to get better with the melafix everyday. His fin rot cleared up completely and he was happy and "healthy" until yesterday morning.
Saturday night he was acting fine and eating but I noticed that his poop was white. I thought "hmm...that's weird" and went to bed. In the morning I saw more white poop and he seemed to be acting a little funny. So I looked it up on the internet and found out that he probably has parasites. All day yesterday he was really listless and hid all day. He didn't eat either. So I ran to petco and bought some Jungle Parasite Clear and added it to the tank yesterday evening.
If he's going to get better how long should it take? I'm scared because I read a review of the medicine and they said that their fish was better in a few hours, but it's been 24 hours and I'm not seeing much improvement.
His color is better today (yesterday he was really pale) but he's still not eating, he's swimming around slowly and aimlessly, he's hiding and resting, he has little spasms, he's scratching on stuff.... I'm really attached to him.
It sucks because I was so sure that his fin rot was from stress and not from another sickness. He's probably had some sort of parasite this whole time and now it's too late...
