Talking Golf ball tumor on goldfish?

I live in Tyngsboro,Mass. I have one goldfish out of 9 "feeder" goldfish who has this ? tumor. I see on youtube a clip on Ping Pong goldfish and they look a lot like this fish only they have those fancy tails and this one was in the big tank of feeders but has grown up. The others are perfectly healthy. Any thoughts? Is this a sick fish or some fancy type that slipped into the wrong tank? He swims pretty well, eats. Seems fine.

It's dropsy to me. What are water parameters? What do you usually feed this fish? I asked your location since I was hoping you could find a nearby fish vet who may help further on this especially with x-rays if you don't mind the additional charges. They are useful with diagnosing possible tumors/cysts via x-rays and do necessary procedures such as renal cyst aspiration.
