Goldfish with large anchorworm (I work at a pet store)

Okay, so here's the problem:
I work at a local pet store (a large chain one) and I'm "in charge" of our treatment fish tank in the back. We've got a divided 10g running two filters and a divided 20g also running two filters. The other day I found a large Calico Ryukin in one of the tanks with a few large red sores on his side. Upon further inspection I found a very large anchor worm. He's currently in the cycled 20g with salt and a temp. at about 80F. I've read that salt baths help but I've never done one before and I don't want to kill this guy. Help?

Salt won't do much to kill these off. Do you have access to trichlorfon or dimilin? Dimilin is far safer though and is also available under the name, diflubenzuron. Dose as instructed and remove the adult anchorworms carefully using tweezers. Dab the wounds with iodine solution/betadine using cotton balls or Q-tip. Hydrogen peroxide can also be used but must be used only ONCE.
