I added a Betta 3-4 weeks ago and he started glancing. I removed the snails to a 10g quarantine tank and treated the Betta with API General Cure for two weeks. He stopped glancing and passed what looked like a tape worm. After the 2 week treatment I put the snails back in the Bettas tank. Next day he's glancing again. What do you think the problem is?

It's easy enough to do and will rule that out as a possibility.
