German ram white spot

Hi,
Just noticed tonight that my German ram has a small white spot on it's side.
I have never experienced fish with any diseases before so I have no idea if this is something to worry about.
I have taken a couple of photos if anyone has any advice.

Can take better photos if needed
Thanks in advance

I can't see any spots in those pictures. Ich is the most common parasitic disease you often see on fish. What do you keep your tank temp at? German Rams can tolerate and do well in higher temps, but I see you have an Oto in the tank, and they will not tolerate much above 80, except for short periods of time. Keep an eye on it. If it's ich, they will soon, appear to have salt/sugar sprinkled on the bodies. Raising your temp and treating with something like "Quick Cure" is one way. Use the dosage recommended for tetras on the label, because Rams are very sensitive fish, and you need to be careful when medicating.

How long have you had your Rams? Ich is typically brought on by stress, so you need to look at the cause and keep it from happening again. What are your water parameters? Ph? Nitrate levels? Other fish in the tank?
