Gack deaths

On thursday my glass fish died most likely from swim bladder disease and today my pleco died for no apparent reason. I checked my parameters. Is there anything wrong?

Ammonia-0.1
Nitrate-less than 5
Nitrite-48
Ph-7.2
General Hardness-80
Iron-0
Phosphate-5
Calcium-60
TDS-1360

55 Gallon Aquarium
1 Black Kuhli Loach
3 Black Skirt Tetras
4 Angelfish (3 Marble, 1 Gold)
1 Glass Fish
2 Blue Sunset Gourami
3 African Dwarf Frog

Plecos, being bottom dwellers, are very suscepible to poisoning by some of the heavier cantaminates in the water column, one being ammonia. I don't know where you took your water sample from, but I can guess that it wasn't from the bottom of the tank.

Would that change anything? and i did a 50% water change.
