Fungus? Or is it the tetras...

Alrighty, I don't live at my parents house anymore and I haven't had any way of getting my tanks to my new place. So I only get to see my fish like once a week and I only have enough time to quickly clean the tanks.

I've noticed a cory cat with his whiskers gone and white around his mouth... I thought maybe he just damaged them and he would be ok. But now I see that all of my cory cats have this. It been going on for... Maybe two weeks? Today the first day I've had time to take a close look, attempt to get pictures and post it on here.

I have also noticed that one of my swordtails tail is a little ragged as well as one of their dorsal fins. One of my guppys is missing a chunk of his tail too. But the only thing that looks like fungus to me is on the cory cats. The guppy kinda looks like he got beat up by the tetras and same as the tail on the one swordtail.

Now I have meds to treat fungus, it's nasty stuff though. It dyes the whole tank green. So I didn't want to use it unless I knew for sure what was going on.

These are the pictures I've attempted to take, I apologize for the quality. Either my camera isn't worth as much as I paid for or I really suck at taking photos. Thanks!

And just before you laid dead weight upon its shores, I stung you in the face for that's the nature of my core.

Water parameters are all good
Ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 40

The tank has serpae tetras, Swordtails, Cory cats, and guppys.

I haven't added the meds yet because it stains the tank and everything in it and might kill my shrimp so I was going to wait and see what it was before I added the meds. Its API liquid fungus cure.

The tanks 28 gallons and has been cycled since december.
