That does sound like ick.
What ick meds are you using and what temp. is the tank?

The tank is about 3F hotter than his other thank (82F) and I'm using "Wardley Essentials" Ick-Away". Claims if treats "Fungus & External Parasites. I got it from Walmart and have had previous success w/ it on my Tiger Barbs.

Maybe just give it some more time to do its magic.
The temp of the tank is perfect to held speed up the ick cycle.
Extra water changes can also help remove ick.
Good luck! Hope it gets well soon!

He died today :( not sure why...I assume I should of done a water change which I neglected to do.

Bummer...When I took him out he did not appear to have ich but he sure did under the tank lights. I'm not sure what to think, it almost looked like dead skin/scales.

Possible?
