Fish won't eat!

I have one platy that's never really been a glutton, but recently I've noticed that she's not eating at all. She puts the food in her mouth but immediately spits it back out. She'll go after every flake she sees but it's the same story. I know it's not the size of the flakes, and I know it's not because she's picky. She's started to get really thin now and I'm worried for the fry she's carrying.

Spitting out food is a sign of stress, which is REALLY general. Question is what may be causing the fish stress. Is it being bullied perhaps? Does it have a parasite or disease? those are just a couple of things that come to mind. Can you post pictures and/or a video? Having a look at the fish may help someone identify what's wrong. You say it's pregnant but has gotten skinny? What I envision in my head may or may not be accurate, you know? Seeing the fish would be very helpful I think.

I'm also curious of the tank size and water parameters. Do you have a liquid test kit?

No bullies, no sign of disease (other than being starving), other tank mates are flourishing and healthy. It's a 20 gal and my test kit read 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and around 30 nitrates. (I'm also using prime during water changes)
