Fish has ick

Hi all yesterday i noticed white spots on my female endlers which are in a tank with male guppies and 2 baby albino pleco's.

So i increased the temp to 30 and we added some powder medecin called ektozon this morning my fish still have white spots but not all of them do. How long do i have to wait and will it kill my fish if i add eSHa exit..

Hi, wised... I am currently battling ich myself, on clown loaches though-- they're very sensitive to ich medication, so my battle is an all-out war. Another user on this forum, Aunt Kymmie, shared an article with me about ich that is very informative. Here it is: The Skeptical Aquarist

Best of luck, and please update us if possible about your ich experience... it's always helpful to everyone to read about what works and doesn't for others, especially when it comes to ich. Ich is so very common, and its different life cycles can make total eradication difficult. I'm also providing a link to the thread I started a couple of weeks ago, because a few users posted some information about quarantine tanks that you would probably find helpful: Ich again?!!!

Oh, and just a heads-up-- I think the thread extends into two pages.
