fish dying

one of my male guppy is going crazy. he isnt normally like this.

swims sideways
tail fanned out
kinda swims sideays
at the surface when lights turned off
and bottom when the lights turned on
breathing rapidly
not chasing any of the females

the rest of the member in the tank are fine. could this be parasitical or just middle age guppy crisis?

thanks for the help.

Hi, and I'll do my best to help you, but I don't have near enough information to work with. If you can take a look at the sticky in this forum titled "please read before posting", answer the questions found there... then we can better help you.
It would be a mistake to even try to guess without any further info, this could be any number of problems.
