If my female guppy has one spot that looks like ich... and I just bought her last night... do you think that I'm already screwed? Or should I remove her from the tank ASAP?

If you can get her into a quarantine tank asap you may be able to stop it from spreading... IF it is ich. In quarantine you will then have time to wait it out and determine if it is indeed ich and needs treatment before moving her back to the main tank.
All new fish should spend at least 2 wks in quarantine before going into a main tank for this reason.

Thanks for the reply. I don't currently have any more fish tanks that I can use, and my parents will freak out if I make another tank, lol. She is currently in with 2 new platies, which are helping to cycle my fish tank (it has half old water, and some gravel, and one of the old filters, though it has dried up before I put it in) for my babies. Guess I'll leave her in there and hope if its ich I can just treat the small 10 gallon tank, and hope the others are strong enough to fight it off.
