Female Bolivian Ram Sick! Help!!

Nitrates-0
Ammonia-0
Nitrites-0
PH-7.5
Temp-79-81
I clean the tank every two weeks, and there is plenty of plants. There really isnt that much for real hiding places, but there's a lot of plants to hide behind...
I have 2 platies who had 16 babies.. they are still Fry and in their own net.
1 Pleco
1 Borneo Sucker
3 Cory catfish
and the rams.. 1 male, and the sick female.
The two rams are almost always fighting.. but it's mostly the female's aggression that brings it on.. If she's dying because of fighting.. :P Karmaaaa

Her breeding tube is showing and its rather large.. At first I thought she was getting ready to lay eggs, but now shes really sick.. I really hope she didnt get a parasite.. :(

Can you be more specific as to the signs that make you think she is "really sick?"

The aquarist is one who must learn the ways of the biologist, the chemist, and the veterinarian. [unknown source]

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]

Also what kind of test kit are you using, that many fish in a 20 gallon and not a single nitrate sounds suspicious even being planted.
