Emergency question about murky tank and fry

I really hate to use the word murky... The tank is only yucked up because I did a really good cleaning that included the filter the walls, etc. But now as usual my tank is a little murky. I know it will clear up in an hour or two, BUT I have fry (about 2 weeks old) that I keep in a net breeder, which I also removed and cleaned. The fry are in a plastic bowl right now.

Is it safe to put the fry back into the murky tank or do you think I'm better off leaving them in the litte bowl for an hour or so? I'm not sure which is the lesser of the two evils.

Help!

I have never worried about the water being murky from a water change and fry. I would think that there is more chance of doing more damage leaving them in the bowl than putting them back in the tank.

If my fish survived me taking out the UGF and the total black cloud it produced I think they can survive anything as long as the tank is healthy.
