Dwarf Gourami with a White Patch?

I just replaced the incandescent, ugly yellow bulbs in my hood with some nice, white florescents. I sat down to admire my gorgeous white tank and noticed something I didn't notice before on my DG. He seems to have a big white patch on his forehead. The patch is flat, doesn't look like he's missing scales but he's really active so it's hard to tell. I've only had him for a few days and he didn't have this in the store. I'll attach a couple of photos but I think the video will show it best. I apologize for the dirty glass.

The more I think about it, the more I'm thinking he scraped his head getting in or out of the ceramic log that's in there.
