dont know whats happening

I'm relatively new to sick fish and i dont know if i'm overreacting or not. well, i just did a maybe around 50% water change (i hadn't had the time to clean the tank for 3 weeks) and now my fish aren't moving at all. they are all staying really still. i dont see anything wrong with them (no clamped fins, no white spots, no missing pieces or injuries). the watre i used to change it was water from my sink. i used the tap water dechlorinator and after the change i put in the bacteria supplement. Im worried that i might have put a little too much water dechlorinator. could this harm my fish? anyway, i have yet to test my water (which i will do right after this post). my water got really cloudy while changing and i was wondering if them inhaling that could've harmed them. my smallest tiger barb is staying near the top of the tank. o yeah. my tank is a 20 long. its been set up for maybe 6 months or so. i have a penguin 30 gallon filter and all has been well.I have 6 fish in all. 3 rosy barbs and 3 tiger barbs. i'll post the readings as soon as i finish them. hope you guys can help if its actually something and not me overreaacting.

Did you do a gravel suck along with the water change?

What type of water conditioner are you using? I use Prime and from what I've been told if I use a bit more than I'm suppose to it shouldn't harm the fish. What did your water parameters end up being?

What type of substrate do you have? Any plants?

Sorry...just noticed you already said it was gravel....
