The disappearing fish!

One of my otto catfish has just disappeared!

He was there on Saturday and gone last night. I have a 30g with 2 male guppies and 3 other otto catfish - could he have suddenly died and the others ate him? How can there be no trace of him? I have taken the filter to pieces to check. There is no other place to hide other than in the gravel - could he have burrowed down into it so I can't see him??? Weird

They can disappear quickly, especially when the others snack on him. If you haven't recently done checks of your water parameters you may want to do that.
