dark Puffer

Both in my tank and different colours have since lost the smaller one feed them monday feed well i think the had a cockle each but swallowed whole then had hugh bellys ! then the dark/smaller one just hid and didn't really see him till next night but he was very quiet both had slimed down but big one was colour in pic small one very dark i read this could be sign on stress but apart from being quite not moving around much seemed ok then last night he started making sudden movements and then just stopped and no longer breathing I watched for a while and nothing ! the bigger one didn't seem to bother him but finally took him out into a small bowl to make sure but he had died . Poor Puffer i am gutted cause not sure what i did wrong . should i have feed smaller piece of food in future should i cut up cockles ?

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
