Exclamation Dalmatian Molly Has Fungal Infection!??!?!?!?!? HELP!

My Dalmatian molly looks like its got a fungal disease..and I'm pretty upset about it.
Just noticed it today and i don't think it's ich but there's a chance.
It's a white light yellow orange fuzzy splotch above the anal fin near the lateral line system.
I have a 55 Gallon, and it's been at least 5 days since it had fry.
Tested the water perimeters with my API freshwater test kit and everything was fine.
My aquarium was established 7 1/2 months ago.
I have had tetras for 2 months.
the Temp. is at 75 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
I don't have any live plants at all.
I'm using an aqua clear with and aqueon filter.
Using heater and air stones.
I use my light fixtures and leave them on at least 8-10 hours a day.
I also preformed my last water change this week around 30% and vacuumed part of the substrate.
I use Tetra flakes with a pinch of fine bread crumbs to feed them once a day and they eat it all in a minute or so.
Some unusual signs is that it was sort of near the surface of the water and that it was at the bottom of the substrate at night inside my ship ornament.
But, it has been acting the same, I guess it either started happening yesterday night or today not sure.
I haven't treated it with anything yet because I've never had a problem yet.

If anyone has anything that can help me please tell me thanks!
Need to same my fishey's life!!

Any chance you can post a picture (as clear as possible) to help us determine what it might be.

Without knowing exactly it is possible than any medication needed might kill the fish if incorrect.

If you can remove the fish to a smaller tank for now, then that would be beneficial.
