Common Placo Help me! Is it swim bladder?

I bought my Placo about a week ago and he's been great and healthy up until just an hour or so ago. When he swims, it's very twitchy, and he seems to lack control. I don't know what it is. It came on so suddenly, buy my platys in the tank are as lively as ever. Someone help me? Poor Placo seems distressed!

Also, what do you feed him? This may be part of the problem.
