Cloudy water

After I set up my new 5 gallon tank, the water became cloudy overnight. I have a filter and the plant I have in there is not decaying or anything. I used water conditioner that is supposed to make the water safe and also buffer the pH to 7.0...also he eats all his food so it's not that.

Is there anything I should do or will it clear up on it's own?

your tank is cycling..check the "sticky" for more info..Your fish probebly should not be in there while this process is going on.
