I have a 55 gallon that has lots of tetra species, cories, a bristle nosed pleco and a kuhli loach
For a while I had a single female betta, in there, and she started to get a while film on her eye, and at first it was just a spot, but then it covered her whole eye, so I took her out, and then I started to treat her with salt and maracyn (i am clueless about disease sorry) and it isnt clearing up at all.
Then I added 5 new females to the tank, and another one got it!!!
so I took her out, and am not treating her with anything.
I think that it could be because I haven't cleaned out the filter in a while, since it's a canister filter, and I don't know how it works, but can you tell me how to treat the 2 girls who have it?
