Can I help with the itch of ich?

So my tank got ich, not sure how or why. I have taken the advice of the forum and increased water temperature, added salt and I am monitoring closely. My oscar has it the worst out of everyone and is doing a lot of scratching. Is there anything I can do for the itching? I assume the answer is no but I figured I would go ahead and ask anyway...

It never hurts to ask but there isn't anything you can do other than what you are already doing. I've always used meds to treat ich, keep us informed of your tank and its progress. Good luck!

That is what I thought. No new spots yet so hopefully things are going well.
