Bump on fish and larger than usual poop

Hello! I would appreciate some ideas as to what the problem with my dwarf gourami is. Let me know if the pictures aren't good enough for a diagnosis. Thanks for your time!

1. Size of tank? 6 gallons

2. Water parameters
a. Ammonia? 0
b. Nitrite? 0
c. Nitrate? 20ish
d. pH, KH and GH? Not sure
e. Test kit? API liquid

3. Temperature? 78

4. FW (fresh water) or BW (brackish)? FW

5. How long the aquarium has been set up? 5 months

6. What fish do you have? How many are in your tank? How big are they? How long have you had them? 1x dwarf gourami and 3x harlequin rasboras. I've had them all for about 4months.

7. Were the fish placed under quarantine period (minus the first batch from the point wherein the tank is ready to accommodate the inhabitants)? No

8. a. Live plants
b. Sand,
c. Rocks and aquarium-friendly hard plastic decoration.

9. a. Filtration? Original from the fluval edge
b. Heater? Yes

10. a. Lighting schedule? What lights are used? Original from tank. Lights on about 6hrs
b. Any sunlight exposure? How long? No

11. a. Water change schedule? Once a week
b. Volume of water changed? 25-30%
c. Well water, tap water, RO water? Tap
d. Water conditioner used? Prime
e. Frequency of gravel/sand (if any) vacuumed? Once a week

12. Foods? Flakes, blood dried worm, occasional veggies
How often are they fed? Once a day

13. a. Any abnormal signs/symptoms? Dwarf gourami has red lump under scale
b. Appearance of poop? Larger than usual
c. Appearance of gills? Normal

14. a. Have you treated your fish ahead of diagnosis? No
b. What meds were used? None

15. Insert photos of fish in question and full tank shot if necessary.

Wow looks like you've got a female DG there, so she's going to be plumper than her male counterparts. The spot on the side could be a few things, including a tumor of some sort. The poop is nothing to worry about - solid is good.

I wish I had more to tell you, other than water changes. Any time you notice a small problem that had potential to get big, water changes are your first line of defense. I would begin doing 2-3 a week of 50% and see if things improve. Keep an eye on that spot and look for any signs of fuzzy or fluffy - indicative of a bacterial or fungal infection. Unfortunately the two problems look the same but require different medications, so some guess work would be required.

Good clean water can do wonders for healing your fish. Keep up on the extra water changes till it's better
