Bloodworm or Parasite?

Not sure what this is im hoping its a bloodworm however ive never fed with them seince ive had an aquarium... i have a pic but the quaility is terrible

Did that come out of a betta? And are you sure it was alive at one time? It could be a poo.

I thought there was a worm in my tank when I got my first betta and it freaked me out a bit. Some poop a little cinnamon bun looking thing.

It was for sure alive it was wiggling on my hand and crawled on it.... I don't have any betas

Eeeeewww! That rules that out then.

Can you provide more details? Did you introduce new fish, gravel, or plants to the tank before you found this wormy thing?

Lol yeah sure can ... u added gravel about a week before that had been outside for almost a year .... and I did wash it but not amazingly.
