Black fins...

I'm not a aquapathologist so I was wondering why a couple of my guppies fins are going black? It will come and go sometimes... (fin nipping?)

0 ppm Ammonia
1,500 ppm NaCl
26 Degrees Centigrade

I have also had this happen, when I bought my Oscar he had most of his fins nipped off, when they grew back they were much darker than the rest of his body. I can't tell you what is happening though

Hm, well I put one in a clinic tank with a little higher ppm of salt, and now it's sort of yellowish... maybe it's the lighting?...
