Exclamation Betta Side Bloated and Transparent

I have been trying to heal my 1 1/2 year old male betta from an odd illness. About 1 month ago I started to notice a swollen lump on the one side of the little guy. At first, I thought it might be swim bladder disorder or constipation. I fasted him for a few days and tried a pea. It did not seem to help and he was having normal poops. Through research and my local fish store it was recommended to use tetracycline to resolve. It seemed to not only treat but get larger during this time. I took him off of meds for a while and fasted him again to the same result. The next step I tried was to put Epsom salt in the tank and do a treatment of maracyn / maracyn 2 to no avail. The treatment I currently have him on (just started) is Epsom Salt at 1.25 tsp per gallon and kanaplex. It looks so clear on the side I can see all his internal organs. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be and beyond kanaplex what to do? I have an Indian almond leaf ordered as well that's on the way. Ill attach a picture and more info next.
