Archerfish

I put a post up a week ago in brackish fish but realized i should probably put it in here instead. I also have a picture of my archerfish now. There is a white spot on the top of his head and i am not sure what it could be. Any help would be very appreciated as i am worried about him and do not want to lose him.

I am technology inept and even after reading how to upload pictures i still cant seem to figure out how to upload them so here are the links to the pictures.

It looks like a wound that's got infected and has turned into a fungus. Is there any way he could have injured himself on anything in the tank?

Im sure it is possible, i have a lot of driftwood and such in the tank. One of the mudskippers could have gotten him too but i doubt that as they aren't nearly as fast in water. I guess ill just have to try and medicate him with anti-fungal medicine and stress coat. Thank you for your suggestion and if anyone else can think of anything please let me know.
