Am I just paranoid?
I have a 10 gal tank with 3 platys; 1 F, 1 M and 1 juvenile male; 5 neon tetra and 1 pleco.
78 degrees F
no live plants
set up for 2 years
recent water change of about half the tank, which I wonder may be the cause. I may have shocked them.
The adult platies are now hiding behind the plants and don't seem to be swimming much. The adult M only swims out to chase off the JM. One F platy recently died for no reason I could see. All of the platys seem to be slighty tilted when not moving. Not sure if it's just my imagination on the tilting tho. Does anyone know if that's a symptom of somthing?
I was also wondering if Trichodina can be seen without any magnification.
Thanks for any info or help I can get.
