Nice pics. You've actually done a nice job with this. By that I mean that you have recognized the limits and constraints of your system and purchased appropriate livestock that has a good chance of thriving long term. Very nice.
On your comment above. This is a closed system. Food that is consumed becomes fish waste. This waste is either broken down, or removed directly from the water by the protein skimmer. Your skimmer is very inadequate, due to the quality of your air pump, or due to the age of the wooden air stone. You need to replace the air stone monthly at minimum, and ensure that the air pump is powerful enough to fill the entire skimmer chamber with micro bubbles.
Regardless, if you continue to keep the tank lightly stocked and continue to do routine water changes, you should have a healthy tank. Adding some hermits to help control the green algae would help.
