Slow your feedings down to only once/day. That should help with your nitrate issues and won't hurt the fish. They only need one feeding/day.

No signs of live sand yet. :(

I just visited a beach a couple of days back , its a yellow sand beach with yellow water, got a piece of rock looks some brown and orange, is it live rock, found it on the sand bed on the shore. its now in QT.

The sand was deep yellow not white so i didnt brought, coz they would have given my tank a dirty look, can somebody use yellow live sand from beach. what is the procedure?

Adding anything found on the beach to your tank is asking for trouble. Pollution levels on beaches is known to be high, even in less populated areas because the tides and currents wash that stuff up. Collectors go miles out to sea to collect animals, sand, and rock for that reason.

Another issue with adding something from the beach to one of your tanks is illness, parasites, and other forms of disease. Rock can bring in a lot, so can sand.

If you add these things to your tank, expect to have problems that I may not be able to help you resolve. Very bad idea... best thing to do would be to return it where you found it and break down your QT tank, sterilize it with bleach water (and everything in it), let it air dry for a couple of days, and start it over again.

I will buy today sodium bicarbonate for alkalinity.

My calcium is 450+ ppm. I dose every 5th day of 135ml in my 30 gallon tank.
My Alkalinity is 8dkh, so i need to increase to 11+ dkh to match my Calcium.

I enjoy 2 part dosing

i will buy Rowa Phos soon to clear my dusty brown algae/diatoms type dust. I heard it really works.

If you get it up to 9 or 10 I'd say stop adjusting beyond that. 8 is still acceptable. 9 - 10 would give you a little room either way for it to adjust on its own (which it will likely do as the water chemistry changes/fluctuates) without causing problems.
