Don't feel bad, Cody. I can't tape very quickly either. I also can't be trusted with power tools. I once took a belt sander to the top of a dresser I was going to refinish. My intention was to get it sanded quickly. Bad mistake. After that the power tools were off limits.

You're work is coming out very nicely, OF2F!

a few more coats of paint through out the day

glueing up a support brace for the doors ill be putting on

using wood putty on the cracks and seams. its going to have a very simple but very clean look

you cant see any cracks

this was the plan to seal cracks, screw heads, seams with wood putty and a paintable trim/windows/door/molding silicone. im going for a the clean look as well as being able to keep the water and any debris from getting through the stand. its looking great in person so far.

thanks guys. if everything goes smooth i should be priming the stand tom. and/or starting to build the cabinet doors. these will be simple to but effective and fit their purpose. however i dont know if i will get anything done as i got about 4 hours of non consecutive sleep today and i have 8 hours of work left. bummer.

For once I log on and I see you're not on line. Good! Hopefully this means you're getting some much needed sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to get back to work on your project
