My Newport Oregon Aquarium Visit

Took a trip down to Newport Beach this weekend. Stopped by the Aquarium. It was ok. The shark tank was the neatest thing. It was dark and the glass was really thick so it was difficult to get decent pictures, but I thought I would share what I have.

I didn't have time to write down any of the names of the fish. I was getting yelled at enough for taking so many pictures.

The "tank" is this giant tube you walk through. If was a pretty cool set up.

Could not get a good pic of this guy. He was sitting in a spot of curved glass.

This guy was crazy. If anyone knows the names of these fish post up!

She was pretty patient with all my picture taking. I spent a good hour in just the shark tube.

Whew, that's it. Thanks for looking.

Edit: Wow I uploaded all the photos to an album on here and it really drained the quality. I had to chop them down to about 15% just to upload them but now I see they are pretty blurry and grainy. Sorry!

Beautiful pics They look very sharp and clear to me so you did well.

Thanks for sharing.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Hmmm, weird. You can really tell from looking at the originals and then looking at the posted ones. I'm glad they aren't too horrible!

Newport is one of my top 5 vacations places. If we could go ince a year, we would but we like to see other places. Never been dissappointed on an Oregon coast vacation, but Newport is the best place IMO.
