its a 150w metal halide i need to upgrade looking at a hanging 250w with actinics 8)

Dude your fish are awsome. How many tanks do you have? I can only dream of having a puffer like that, i love puffers. Was that a mantis shrimp? if so tell me more about it? What tank do you keep it in? What is that killer camo it sportin?-iv never seen a mantis look like that.

I have two tanks one 4ft reef and one 3ft fish only

noooo id be scared if i had a mantis shrimp that little fella is decorator crab he rips up corals and attaches them to his back to camoflauge itself from predators harmless really :D
