No, they don't. Depending on the species, size will vary. As Dan's clowns are Amphiprion ocellaris, 4 inches is often the max.:)
If you want to keep marine, I suggest you do a lot of research first before venturing to marine.

Wow...You have some great things in that tank. It looks ACE! Great layouts and lots of live rock. I love your clown fish. What other ' fish ' do you have in there? Great job and

Not too pleasant but after a week or so the skin on the end of my finger went hard and began to peel leaving new skin underneath which was quite tender but its fine now no sign of the urchin spine :D
