On the subject of fish that like to die and then hide... (in that order)
I finally found my Clown Goby. Or I should say my fiance found it. On her scarf. The one that she was wearing around her neck. Best guess... it jumped, flopped around, danced a jig, eventually landed on the scarf, and then dried up, becoming suck to the fabric.

Good times.
Thank you

It's something or ether, but there's live rock in it. There's no carbon and i clean it everynow and again. Coraline grows like crazy from there. The overflows are purple and not it's not a gutted Skilter, it's just a Skilter, i do have another skimmer, but it's in sump and i don't have my sump refuge up yet, so i can't use it.

That sucks about your fish makeing it's grand Escape... that really sucks. I know when my chromis jumped i had an issue, i can't imagine more then that... oh and my Royal Gramma jumped too. Did you Fiance get mad at you and say those dreaded words? "it's me or the tank"

Went to Next Wave 09 yesterday 24 January 09, and it was great. Heard some great speakers and saw some cool stuff... there was even a Vortec for sell... I lost that one...

I found the tank i want... Well, i just want the Zero Clearance, but i think this may be something that will be more then worth working towards
I don't even care about the corals(i have my own)

Check out Next Wave 09 Here!

a zero edge. they are awesome but they are also $1000-2000 and small. im also scared that someone is going to put their hand on the water flowing over the edge and contaminate the tank... not to mention all the dust, debis, air bourne things that get picked up, but yes def a "cool, clean looking" tank

I'd still get that in a normal tank anyways.

not soapy hands or theres more "open water" so air fresheners and perfumes have an easier time finding their way into the tank
