Just one picture to post. For those of you who remember the beginnings of this reef system, this started as a 38 gallon reef in April 2008. I purchased a piece of live rock with a very small Green Leather attached, no larger than my thumb.

Here is the same species today:

When it opens fully it is larger than a typical computer monitor.

Good question. I think it is 58 without an internal overflow, 54 with.

Sorry, I don't have any recent pics. My computer is reaching the last stages of its life, and I'm afraid uploading more photo's from my camera would be asking for more trouble than benefit.

I will tell you that the Green Leather has just overrun the tank. It is everywhere, with stalks popping up from every imaginable gap. The Yellow Polyp and Green Star receded in response to the leather growth. I had no idea what I was in for when I purchased that piece of live rock with a 1'' Green Leather on it!
