The aquarium delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday or Thursday, delayed in shipment. However, the other plans are coming along well.

Here is the ASM G-3 Skimmer:
Product Kitchen appliance Food processor Juicer

The Mag:
Technology Electronic device Powerhead Filter Fish supply

The Heaters, a Finnex Delux:
Technology Electronic device Electronics Router

And my live rock curing:

Glass

Yes, that is a home made skimmer. If you want to see the pictures of my sump skimmer, here is the photobucket link:

Obviously, this skimmer is just to help with the live rock cycle. It won't last long!

Well folks, i'm afraid the drama continues. Thursday at 6pm I spoke with the owner. He confirmed that the 180 was on the truck and confirmed delivery to my home Friday night at 8:30pm. I tried to call the shop at 7:30 Friday evening but received no answer. He never showed, AGAIN, for the 2nd consecutive Friday evening.

I have almost no choice but to demand a refund and deal with another LFS. It is a real shame, because I love the quality of the live stock and selection.

So, here we go again. IN THEORY, my aquarium will be delivered tomorrow afternoon. The good news... it will be starphire glass, which is a huge upgrade at the same price. The bad news... well, do you actually believe it will be delivered as promised?

Starphire is a brand of glass, considered to be the best quality low iron glass, with incredible clarity of color. You have to see it to really appreciate it. The marine colors really "pop" when viewed threw starphire glass.

Display case Furniture Aquarium Desk Table

Sorry for the picture quality. My fiance stole the camera tonight, so i had to use the cell phone. I'll give some nice pics this weekend as i start the setup process.

Notice that I chose corner overflows. I have never cared for the All Glass overflows on the actual back wall of the tank. I like the corners so that I can see in from the sides to service the system easier. Also, the Marineland tanks have removable overflows, making it simple to clean snails and crabs out from the inside of the overflow area.

Dimensions are 6' length, 24'' width, 25'' height. I did not get a canopy.

Here are some more pics of what I started on tonight:
