thanks turkgirl! i'm hope to get to a point where i can't see any rock work. right now i constantly cut back corals and sell them to the local fish store or sometimes i give them away to friends or other reef keepers who i think will keep them healthy. That way i can spread the corals around so if i ever lose my tank for any reason, hopefully they will return the favor and i can restock my tank inexpensively. sometimes i buy corals, cut them and attach them to the rock then turn around and sell the original piece to recover my cost.

posting a link in someone else thread for a response is SPAM and not a good way to get a positive response.
first off you washed the entire tank which killed any benificial bacteria. then you wait 3 days to stock it HEAVILY with all kinds of fish, esp the 2 plecos. your tank was cycling. you removed the filter for another filter, now its cycling again. patience is key. let the filter establish bacteria.
