Big Dogs Little Pigs

last weekend, went to get ls/lr to start cycling my 29g cube. wandered through the saltwater fish tanks and saw this little goby. couldn't resist...while i was staring into the tank, he kept looking at me like "get me OUTTA here!"...so i did!



this little guy is SO bold! he hid for about 30 seconds but as soon as i put some food in the tank, he was front and center. he is all over the place, really an active swimmer and almost seems to be smiling at his good fortune. i am totally maxed out on stock for this little tank. when i get my 29g cycled, i'm planning to move all of the fish over.

ya know brian, that's what i thought, too!! i had my phone with me and looked him up at liveaquaria, read the description and decided he'd work in my tank.

nice! i almost got me one of them purple Firefish but ended up doing with a mandrian goby :P but still a fish i would like to have :D

Nice! I was trying to figure out what I wanted for my 29g and I completely forgot about Firefish! What an awesome addition.

this little fish is really hilarious! had a friend over last week, she wanted to see my new fish. i turned on the tank lights and he zoomed out to greet me. friend bent down to see him and he high tailed it back to his hidey hole. she backed up, he came out. she got close, he zoomed back into his hole. this went on and on and on and we were laughing so hard i almost peed down my leg! it seems my little fish has a major issue with stranger danger!
