Strange Clown Behavior

wow, alright first i appreciate everyones input i wasnt expecting this much personal interest from everyone, so thanks.

the two clowns are still around there behavior hasnt changed much but i have made some changes to the aquarium in order to hopefully keep the two around and help them to get healthier. i added a red sea prizm skimmer to the setup along with the eclipse system and it seems to be helping. i already had one powerhead in the tank so i dont believe that oxygen is the problem, and the fact that the ammonia remover im using, ammex, doesnt say anything about removing oxygen. there are about 10 lbs of live rock in the tank which i know is less than i should have but i have a trash can in the garage filled with water and another 10 lbs of rock that have to finish curing. im using sand as a substrate and the ph reading is 8.0, the fish were in the tank for about three days to a week before i noticed the problem initially, there are no other symptoms and nothing on either gills to show any kind of sickness, the "sick" fish is about 1 1/2 inches and the other is about 2 maybe 2 1/2.
