Is there any risk for my seahorses if I were to take my freshwater fake plants, wash them off and put them in the saltwater tank

Stained from what? I know its plastic, but would it leach into the water?

My concern exactly ,and I have no clue from what,but i feel like that salinity will act as a solvent in this case and leach.I think I'm better off just getting new plants, maybe some neon ones for cool seahorse camo

what about different macro algaes and keeping live plants in this set up? researching them is key as some can go pretty sexual and over populate your tank but keeping macros can create a beautiful setup if done right and will also benefit with export some of your tanks nutrients.

It's a fairly new setup but yeah def want to get macro algae,only the only saltwater store that sells plants is a good 30 minute drive so I always get lazy....I really need a uv sterilizer for my 55 and some power heads for the seahorse tank.there getting algae on them and one doesn't like it. As for the reproducing I'm pretty sure there both female but I plan on getting like 3 or 4 more so il prob have all girls
