hello again, just found this tank and i was wondering if it would be any goood ? and what i could stock it with ...
thats about a 15 gallon tank? a pair of clowns would prob. be your max for fish. you could then have a cleaner shrimp and maybe some lower light corals. honestly i personally think your better off getting a used tank and then getting the kind of lighting that you want, a skimmer that will actually do something and so on. it will cost more but will be a better system. that is unless you like these all in one tanks. it says it includes filter media, bio balls and so on, which you would want to remove prior to using. they trap debris and detritus causings spikes in nitrates and phosphates which ends in algae problems and ultimately death of livestock if not taken care of. i wouldnt say its a bad tank but i personally would prefer a 40 breeder or larger if possible. keep in mind the larger the tank the easier it is to care for as the smaller it is the faster water evaporates, things change and problems happen.
i would like a big tank but i dont think i would be able to afford it :( . and i like the idea of a pair of clown. what a but kauderns cardinal fish? and would i just have to take out the bio balls and the filtration would still work the same ?
