Newbie looking to purchase a tank off craigslist

Hello all,
I was hoping someone could give me some advice. I have always wanted to get into keeping a saltwater tank and thought the nanocube products would be a good place to start. I am finally at a time where I should be stable location wise for the next few years, and I found this 28 gallon HQI halide metal nano cube on craigslist. The advertisement isn't very in-depth, but I was wondering if anyone would recommend this product, if the price was reasonable, and are there any obvious questions that I should be asking about what is under the hood before making the plunge.

That looks like a good price. Try to get home to throw the stand in for free.

Ask him if he ever used medication in either tank, and if he did, ask what kind. Don't take them if he used copper based medications, the copper stays in the system for years.
