Your math on your powerheads is correct, 1500lph.
Sump return on the other hand, this is based off what your overflow is going to be, depends on how many pipes are running water to your sump. If you have a 600gph 1" overflow then you need approx a 750gph return pump, that would come close with head loss to 600gph.
