Hey Guys This Fall i'm going to Upgrade to A 125 Gal How Much LBS Live Rock Should i have in that? And Type?...
125 lbs or as much as you can fit into it reasonably! The more live rock the better!
A mix of different types of rock from different places will give you the best biodiversity, which is also a good thing. Fiji, Marshall Island, Tonga branch, etc... all good choices.
