White very small bug help

I have a very small like the size of a pin head walking on the walls of my refugium. what are they are they good or bad.

help

It sounds like some kind of copopod or water flea. I have then in my fresh water tanks although I have heard they can be even more prevelant in salt tanks. As far as I know they are harmless and fish, anenome and corals should filter them out if they get into the tank from the refugium.
